We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you don't love it, return it!
We accept returns on all our clothing pieces. up to 14 days after receipt of your order. Garments must be returned unworn, with all original tags attached and in their original packaging.
We offer free returns the first 14 days.
We do not accept returns of any type of accessories, only clothing.
START THE RETURN
Making a return is very simple, return procedure:
- Step 1: Contact Customer Service and indicate the items you want to return, the order ID, the reason you want to return it, and a photo of the item in its current condition. If there are quality problems, please provide pictures of the exact defective parts of such items and the label (including the quality control label).
- Step 2: Return your item(s) by post according to our service team's return instructions
- Step 3: Within 3-7 days after our warehouse has received your item(s) and approved your request, your refund will be issued based on your communication with our payment account service team or original credit card
- You have 14 days to decide if the item is right for you, if you want to return the item please contact us at email@example.com within 14 days of delivery.
- Item must be in good, unused condition with its original tags/packaging.
- Gifts must be in good, unused condition.
- We will not accept returned items that you have shipped directly without contacting us first.
- Swimsuits, lingerie, water bottles, yoga mats and accessories cannot be returned for health reasons.
- The original shipping fee and Shipping Guarantee are non-refundable.
- After receiving a confirmation email from our Customer Service Team we handle all customer service issues related to returns within 48-72 business hours.
- Please do not ship returned items to the return address on the package you received. We will not accept any returns without you contacting us first.
- If you have not received your refund within 14 days of the returned product being shipped, please contact us as soon as possible.
If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend that you return the item and buy the desired item again in the store.
We carefully check each of our garments before they are sent, but if we have missed some detail and you receive a garment with a defect, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
The following conditions are not quality problems:
- Loose threads, raw edges, thickness, feel, and color differences due to differences in monitor display are not quality issues.
- Returns for dissatisfaction in style, color, and changes in personal preferences are not quality issues.
- Damage due to use, washing, care, improper maintenance, self-repair, modification or other human factors are not quality problems.
- Defective products that have been clearly stated at the time of purchase are not quality problems and are not accepted for returns.
- Please refer to our size chart to make a final decision on your purchase, as our service team can only provide you with our recommendations. Returns due to size problems do not constitute quality problems.
- Due to design and style differences between items, there may be slight differences between different items with the same size. Please refer to the actual measurements.
GIFT CARD REFUNDS
If you used a gift card to make a purchase and wish to return the item for a refund, it will be refunded to the same gift card and your balance will be automatically updated.
